Been a While
It has been a while since I have added anything to this blog, and that is about to change. I have been extremely busy over the past year, focused on managing lots of personal relationships and building 4-Profit. As 2013 comes toward a close it is time to get back to sharing my thoughts again.
I have learned so much over the past year and can’t wait to see what the future holds for my family, my business and the social enterprise activities we have been involved in. I am on my way to Mexico tomorrow to participate in Opportunity Collaboration, a conference focused on solving world poverty. I know that seems like a huge problem to solve, but if we don’t focus any time on that it will never happen.
One really important lesson I have learned over the past year is that taking small steps is where everything happens. As a family we have made some decisions to support some people and programs throughout the world, and some of the small things we did have made an amazing impact. I can’t wait to continue to take small steps and see where it takes us.
So, welcome back to my blog and I will look to make some posts over the next week while I meet some amazing people in Mexico at Opportunity Collaboration!
